Shipping:
The majority of orders will be shipped from our suppliers within 5 business days. Shipping will be through UPS or FedEx (may vary by UPS or Fed Ex procedures or by geographic location). No large orders (over 20 lbs or size) will be shipped 2nd day.

You will be notified by e-mail if your purchase(s) is delayed for any reason. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the UPS or Fed Ex tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment.

Shipments to Canada add an $18 freight charge and additional import taxes may apply at buyers expense. AK and HI add $15.00.

Return Policy:
Upon arrival, we ask that you carefully inspect your merchandise. Please remember smaller parts may be hidden within the packing materials. If any items are missing or damaged, MotoGear911.com must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. All customer service concerns will be done via e-mail so that we can log and track correspondence. For legal reasons, MotoGear911.com is unable to provide any mechanical or technical advice.

If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please contact your local UPS or FedEx office within 48 hours to file a damage claim. Once the claim is resolved with the shipper, MotoGear911.com can ship replacement parts.

Returns – With Motogear911.com, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your items. Restrictions are as follows:

A) Motogear911.com is not responsible for items ordered in error by the customer and reserves the right to forward any restocking fees by the manufacturers and/or the distributors on to the customer (up to 40% of the retail price).
B) There will be no returns on electrical parts.
C) Any items returned must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
D) Motogear911.com must receive any returned items within 15 days of the original delivery date. After 15 days all sales are final.
E) The original shipping charges will not be refunded if the customer keeps any portion of the shipment.
F) All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA). To obtain this, please write to us at Returns@Motogear911.com. Ship freight pre-paid to the address provided with the RA.
